A wonderful mid-century coin silver brooch in the form of three diamond-shaped conchos. Each domed concho is center-set with a small turquoise gem. The conchos are each engraved with rays and decorative edges. This piece has the unique charm of a handmade jewel. Circa 1950.

Conchos are metal disks traditionally used with Western horseback riding saddles. Usually, two slits would allow saddle strings to pass through the concho securing the saddle's skirts to the saddle tree.
